Overview

This policy covers both the hanout.hakim.ma website — the page you are reading now, the contact page, and the pages linked from them — and the Hanout game app itself, currently available on Android.

The Hanout Game App

Hanout collects no personal data and makes no network connections — the app never contacts a server, so nothing you do in the game is sent anywhere.

Your play progress — XP, in-game money, the current day, unlocked products, shop upgrades, sound and language settings, stock levels, customers you've met, star ratings, and your ledger of customer credit — is saved locally on your device only, in a private save file the app keeps to itself.

The app has no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting software built in. It doesn't ask you to sign in or create an account, has no real-money purchases, and sends no push notifications.

It requests no permission used to collect or transmit data. (The underlying game engine's default template lists a few standard Android permissions the game doesn't use — leftover generic engine scaffolding, not anything the game itself does.)

Hanout is currently Android-only. This section will be updated if an iOS version ships.

Information We Collect on the Website

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit, so we can reply to you.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs standard technical information for every visit — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and reliability. We do not run any analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How We Use It

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your message. Hosting logs are used only to keep the site secure and running, and are not linked to any individual profile.

Cookies

This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. The contact form uses spam-protection provided by Netlify (see below), which may set a cookie needed to verify you are not a bot.

Third-Party Services

Contact form submissions and spam filtering are handled by Netlify Forms. Netlify has its own privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.

The form is protected against automated spam by a bot-detection challenge, which may involve Google reCAPTCHA. If shown, reCAPTCHA is governed by Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.

Data Retention

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry, after which they are deleted.

Your Rights

You can ask us to view, correct, or delete any information you have submitted through the contact form at any time — just reach out using the contact page.
